This was our 2012 Fall camping trip with several other families from our church. We selected Hard Labor Creek State Park because it has an observatory that's run by Georgia State University. The last three images in this gallery are from the observatory. Saturday they had a Fall Festival at the park so there were many activities during the day such as a Birds of Prey show, a campfire cooking demonstration, a Blacksmith demonstration, hayrides, fly fishing demonstration and twilight canoe trips. Saturday night before heading over to the observatory, we all enjoyed our traditional pot luck dinner together. The weather was awesome with highs in the low 70's and lows in the mid 40's.
